Our point of view

Paid search promised relevance. Then sent everyone to the same page.

You can buy the exact phrase a person types into Google. You can know their intent down to the keyword, the campaign, the ad group. And then, at the most important moment, the industry’s answer has been to send them to a page written for everyone.

The fix everyone reached for was building more pages.

One landing page per campaign. Then per ad group. Then per keyword. A library that grows faster than any team can keep current, until the “personalized” pages are the most out-of-date thing you own.

We think it’s backwards. The page should adapt to the person — not the person to a library of pages. It should be grounded in what you’ve already said, approved before it ships, and gone the instant it isn’t sure. It should feel less like a testing tool and more like a good concierge: reading the room, then quietly bringing each guest the version of your page they actually came for.

That concierge is Bellhop.

Why we’re building it now

Bellhop is built by Dialogue Consulting, a team that has spent years making software for marketers. We kept watching the same waste: real budget spent to win a click, then handed to a page that couldn’t answer the search that earned it.

Two things changed that made the better way possible. Edge compute means a page can be personalized in the milliseconds before it paints, with no render-blocking call to a third party. And grounded AI means a rewrite can be held to your own content — cited, checked, and refused when it can’t be sourced — instead of inventing claims you’d have to walk back.

Put together, they let us do the thing landing-page sprawl was always a workaround for: meet each visitor with the right page, without building a hundred of them. All of it runs on Cloudflare’s edge, first-party, and fails safe by design.

What we hold to

Four rules we don’t bend

01 Grounded, or it doesn’t ship
Every personalized line is written from your own content and carries a citation. Anything ungrounded is dropped before a human ever reviews it. We would rather say nothing than say something you didn’t.
02 The original page is sacred
Personalization only ever adds. The moment Bellhop is unsure, it serves your page exactly as you built it. The worst case is always the page you already have.
03 The visitor’s screen is not a dashboard
When we recognize the company behind a visit, that intelligence goes to your team — not splashed across the hero. Useful context shouldn’t feel like surveillance.
04 Calm by default
A concierge doesn’t shout. The work happens quietly, at the edge, in the milliseconds before the page paints — and most visitors never know it was there.

Help us prove it on real pages
